How we verify every box

Every Pop Mart box we sell is factory-sealed with Pop Mart's own QR code intact. Scan it on popmart.com after delivery. If a box fails verification within 30 days of delivery, we refund in full and pay for the return.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address: USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2 to 5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (usually 1 to 3 business days). Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. U.S. addresses only.

Blind box rules & returns

Designs are random. We can't open, check or pick a character for you, and neither can anyone else selling sealed boxes.

Sealed boxes: 7-day return from delivery, you cover return shipping. Opened boxes: no returns, that's the game. Damaged in transit: email photos within 7 days and we replace or refund.

A sealed case of 6 normally contains one of each regular design; a Secret may replace one of them, so 6 different characters aren't guaranteed. Coca-Cola cases are a mix of the 2 regular designs.

Pop Mart rates these boxes 15+. Contains small parts.
