Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

Every Hunt & Hug order ships from our partner warehouse in Irvine, California. In-stock items are already in the United States, so they ship with no overseas transit and no customs wait. Pre-order items ship once they arrive at the warehouse, by the date shown on the product page. Hunt & Hug is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Pop Mart.

Processing time

In-stock orders leave within 1 business day. You receive a tracking link by email the moment the label is created.

Pre-orders

Items marked Pre-order ship by the date shown on the product page. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship first at no extra cost. If a pre-order can't ship by that date, we email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping (USPS)

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address. You can choose USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch) or USPS Priority Mail (usually 1 to 3 business days). Orders of $50 or more ship free in the U.S.
Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and can slip during holiday peaks and weather events.

Where we ship

United States addresses only. We do not ship to Canada or other countries at this time.

How we pack

Blind boxes and collectibles are packed in a rigid outer carton with padding, never in a poly mailer, because the box matters to collectors as much as what is inside.

Lost, delayed or stolen packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or shows delivered but nothing arrived after 2 days, email hello@huntandhug.com. We open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund while it is investigated. Please double-check your address at checkout; we cannot recover packages sent to an incorrect address supplied at order time, but we will help you reroute where the carrier allows.
