How we verify every box

Every Pop Mart box we sell is factory-sealed with Pop Mart's own QR code intact. Scan it on popmart.com after delivery. If a box fails verification within 30 days of delivery, we refund in full and pay for the return.

Hunt & Hug is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Pop Mart.

Shipping

In-stock items ship from our partner warehouse in Irvine, California within 1 business day. Pre-order items ship by the date shown on their product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address: USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2 to 5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (usually 1 to 3 business days). Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. U.S. addresses only.

Blind box rules & returns

Designs are random. We can't open, check or pick a character for you, and neither can anyone else selling sealed boxes.

Sealed boxes: 7-day return from delivery, you cover return shipping. Opened boxes: no returns, that's the game. Damaged in transit: email photos within 7 days and we replace or refund.

A sealed case of 6 normally contains one of each regular design; a Secret may replace one of them, so 6 different characters aren't guaranteed. Coca-Cola cases are a mix of the 2 regular designs.

Pop Mart rates these boxes 15+. Contains small parts.

THE MONSTERS Have a Seat Series, vinyl plush blind box. Genuine Pop Mart product (we are an independent reseller): a sitting Labubu plush with a vinyl face, sized for a shelf or a desk.

What you get

  • Single Blind Box: 1 sealed box with 1 random sitting Labubu from this series.
  • Sealed Case (6 boxes): 6 sealed boxes as packed by Pop Mart, normally one of each regular design; a Secret may replace one of them. A free third-party outfit (random style, not made by Pop Mart) ships with every sealed case.

Why buy here
